03 — The Art of Eight Limbs

Muay Thai

04 — Ages 4–12

Kids Program

Kids martial arts in Mission, BC, split into two age groups: Lil Kids (4–7) and Big Kids (8–12), across both BJJ and kickboxing. Classes build coordination, focus and confidence through structured play — and a Friday competitive class challenges kids who want more. Parents tell us the change at home is the best part.
